2024, June 1st - Popular Neflix Kdrama series Queen of Tears is written by Park Ji-eun, co-directed by Kim Hee-won and Jang Young-woo, and starring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won. The show tells the tale of a married couple going through a difficult time.

Baek Hyun-Woo is employed with the conglomerate Queens Group as the legal director. He is the pride of his hometown village of Yongdu-ri and the most achieved person to have come from there. Hong Hae-In, the daughter of the family that owns and runs Queens Group, is married to Baek Hyun-Woo. At the Queens Department Store, she is referred to as the "Arrogant Queen."

The Sojourn Museum of Art, one of the filming locations for the Queen of Tears, is attracting attention. The exhibition room belonging to Chairman Hong Man Dae of the Queens Group, took place at the Sojeon Art Museum in the drama. It’s a ceramic-centered theme art museum in Gyeonggi.
The Sojourn Museum of Art, which opened on March 29, 2024, has not only art exhibitions, but also walking, reading, and cafes, so many visitors are visiting after the drama filming ends.
In front of the museum, there is a sculpture that looks like a sprout. This is a sprout sculpture created by artist Kim Eunsung with the theme of hope.

Artist Kim Eunsung is also the artist who created the Statue of Peace. Artist Kim’s ‘Statue of Peace’, which was first installed in front of the Japanese Embassy in Jongno-gu, Seoul on December 14, 2011, is considered one of the most controversial works of art that directly raises the issue of women’s human rights.

One of the most famous and contentious sculptures honoring "comfort women," a euphemism for women who were sexually abused by the Japanese military during World War II, is the Statue of Peace in Seoul, South Korea.

His works are currently on display at the Sojourn Museum of Art and will run until May 31.

넷플릭스 인기 드라마 '눈물의 여왕'은 박지은 작가가 집필하고, 김희원, 장영우 감독이 공동 연출했습니다, 배우 김수현과 김지원이 주연을 맡았습니다. 드라마는 부부가 힘든 시기를 겪는 이야기를 그려냅니다.

백현우는 대기업 퀸즈그룹의 법률이사로 재직 중입니다. 그는 고향 용두리 출신의 가장 성공한 사람이자 그 마을의 자랑입니다. 백현우 씨는 퀸즈그룹 모회사의 딸 홍해인 씨와 결혼했습니다. 그녀는 퀸즈 백화점에서 "오만한 여왕"으로 알려져 있습니다.

눈물의 여왕 촬영지 중 한 곳인 소전미술관이 주목을 받고 있습니다. 드라마 속 퀸즈그룹 홍만대 회장의 전시실은 소전미술관에서 열렸습니다. 이 곳은 경기도에 위치한 도자기 중심의 테마미술관입니다.

2024년 3월 29일에 개관한 소전미술관은 미술전시 뿐만 아니라 산책, 독서, 카페까지 갖추어져 있어서 드라마 촬영이 끝난 후 많은 관람객들이 방문하고 있습니다.

미술관 앞에는 새싹처럼 생긴 조형물이 자리하고 있습니다. 이는 김운성 (Kim Eunsung) 작가의 작품으로 희망(Be hope)이라는 주제로 만들어진 새싹 조형물입니다.

김운성 작가는 평화의소녀상을 제작한 작가이기도 합니다. 지난 2011년 12월 14일, 서울 종로구 일본 대사관 앞에 처음 설치된 김운성 작가의 ‘평화의 소녀상’은 지금까지 여성 인권 문제를 정면으로 제기하는 가장 논쟁적인 예술 작품 중 하나로 거론되고 있습니다.

이는 제2차 세계대전 당시 일본군에 의해 성적 학대를 당한 여성들을 완곡하게 표현한 '위안부'를 기리는 가장 유명하고 논쟁의 여지가 있는 조각품 중 하나이며 한국 서울에 있는 평화의 소녀상입니다.

현재 그의 작품은 소전미술관에 전시 중이며 전시는 5월31일까지 진행됩니다.
