Samsung Electronics is one of the world's leading manufacturers of smartphones, producing a wide range of devices. People use phone cases primarily for protection, preventing damage from drops, scratches, and environmental hazards.

At Samsung Electronics, they collaborate with artists to create newly designed phone cases for special phone cases or to commemorate the launch of new products. Among them, let's take a look at the works of three popular domestic and three foreign artists.

The first Korean artist is Yeseul O. Artist O's work can be seen on the Galaxy Z Flip case. She mainly uses 3D, Metaverse, AR, and technology to showcase her creativity. In this case, she portrayed her own representative character, 'Meta Bunny'.

Second, Lee Eun artist. She is a young artist, manifesting Gen Z's creative expression. She translates digital movements into vibrant, playful painted representations.

Third, Haydonna. She is a rising graphic artist, bringing positivity to life with her unique fluffy artworks using simple yet dynamic lines and colors.

The first foreign artist is Ricardo Cavolo. He is a Spanish artist who draws inspiration from folklore, art, medieval, symbols and tribal imagery. His original and characteristic iconography caught the attention of Samsung Electronics.

The second is Steven Wilson, who depicts a combination of retro and futuristic aesthetics. A native London artist with a deep passion for color and layering. He exhibits his work all over the world, including pop art.

The third is Yeye Weller, who creates vibrant and playful designs. The creative artist from Münster, Germany and is characterized by vibrant colors and intricate details. His work has captivated fans around the world with its quirky characters and playful, cartoonish style.

Samsung’s collaboration with these artists in the design of the phone cases align with the emerging concept of “Wholesomeness.” Wholesomeness aims to spread positive influence through messages of positivity, kindness, empathy and inclusiveness in contrast to negativity, criticism and confrontation.

두 번째는 복고풍과 미래지향적인 미학의 조화를 그려내는 스티븐 윌슨 입니다. 깊은 열정을 가진 런던 토박이 아티스트로, 색상, 레이어드 팝 아트 등으로 전 세계에 작품을 전시 중 입니다.

세 번째는 생동감 있고 장난기 넘치는 디자인을 제작하는 예예 웰러 입니다. 독일 뮌스터에서 온 창의적인 아티스트이며 선명한 색상과 복잡한 디테일이 특징입니다. 그의 작품은 기발한 캐릭터와 장난기 넘치는 만화같은 스타일로 전 세계 팬들을 사로잡았습니다.
