Lucas, previously associated with NCT, is slated to make his solo debut as a musician in April, according to a local media report on Friday. SM Entertainment, Lucas' label, confirmed the news in response to the report but refrained from disclosing specific details.
Having left NCT approximately three years ago, Lucas was also a member of WayV and SuperM during his tenure with the group. His departure from these bands occurred around two years after he issued an apology in 2021, addressing online rumors alleging misconduct, including cheating and exploitation of women he had dated.
In recent indications of his return to the spotlight, Lucas has created a new social media account and shared a documentary clip on YouTube titled "Lucas Documentary Part 1 Freeze."
