On Sunday, the agency announced that TO1's members—Donggeon, Chan, Jisu, Jaeyun, J.You, Kyungho, Daigo, and Yeojeong—have collectively agreed to terminate their exclusive contracts with the company, effective December 31.

The statement from Wake One Entertainment expressed gratitude for the support received thus far and encouraged fans to continue watching and supporting the members as they pursue new paths outside of TO1. The agency also pledged its support for the future endeavors of the individual members.

TO1 initially started with 10 members, having debuted with their first EP, "Reason For Being: Benevolence," in April 2020. Over time, four members left the group, and three new members—Japanese members Daigo and Renta, and Korean member Yeo Jeong—joined. However, Renta announced his departure from TO1 in September.
