Cube Entertainment disclosed on Friday that Minnie from G(I)-dle will be suspending all activities indefinitely, citing recent health struggles. Following a medical consultation, the artist has been advised to prioritize rest. Notably, Minnie withdrew from the group's performance in Philadelphia on Tuesday, marking the conclusion of their participation in iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball tour across the US.

This decision follows Minnie's earlier cancellation of all activities earlier this month, although she briefly rejoined her bandmates for the Los Angeles event. Regrettably, she will be absent from the 2023 Music Bank Global Festival on Friday, with Miyeon set to take her place.
In a separate development, the five-member group is gearing up to release their second full album next month. Their first EP in the US, titled "Heat," achieved considerable success, securing the 25th position on the Billboard 200—a notable milestone for G(I)-dle.
