The vibrant and exhilarating art form of breaking dance, which has been officially adopted as an event at the highly anticipated 2024 Paris Olympics, will take center stage in Seoul this summer. The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture is proud to present the eagerly anticipated 2023 Seoul B-Boy Festival, taking place on Nodeul Island in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, from the 3rd of June onwards. This annual festival, conceived by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, aims to nurture and expand the roots of street culture, showcasing the immense talent of local and international breaking dance teams.

Building upon the success of last year's event, this year's Seoul B-Boy Festival promises an even more immersive experience, with the entire Nodeul Island transformed into a vibrant hub of street culture. With the slogan "Bcance that wakes up the senses of the whole body," festival-goers of all ages and backgrounds will have the opportunity to engage with various aspects of street culture.
