Dezeen Showroom has unveiled eight new cutting-edge products that showcase the latest innovations in furniture design, lighting, and interior solutions. Among the standout pieces is Studio Moto's Stack furniture system, a revolutionary modular storage solution crafted from aluminum that requires no tools or screws for assembly.
The Stack furniture system, created by Belgian architecture practice Studio Moto, celebrates the inherent qualities of aluminum through its innovative design. This versatile modular system can be configured into various arrangements including plinths, tables, and continuous shelving units, offering unprecedented flexibility for both residential and commercial spaces. The tool-free assembly process makes it accessible to users of all skill levels while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
Among the other notable products featured is the Rificolona lamp series, a collaboration between Italian brand Miniforms and design studio E-ggs. These distinctive lighting fixtures feature dimpled shades shaped like UFOs, available in six different formats including three floor-standing versions and three pendant variations. All models share the same aesthetic language and incorporate a unique tilting mechanism that allows users to adjust the light direction.
The Offecct Circulus modular seating system represents another highlight of the collection. Designed by Italian designer Mario Ferrarini in partnership with Flokk-owned furniture brand Offecct, this seating solution features distinctively crimped details and comprises fabric-covered seats and backrests with perforated structural elements that become visible from certain viewing angles, creating an intriguing interplay of form and function.
Romanian brand Askia Furniture contributed the Echoes of the Deep lighting collection, which draws inspiration from the streamlined, weightless appearance of marine life. This innovative acoustic lighting series features seven different sea creatures including hammerhead shark, stingray, turbot, swordfish, flatfish, tench fish, and crucian carp. Each fixture consists of an LED light rod adorned with PET felt fins that mimic the organic forms of ocean dwellers while providing both illumination and sound absorption.
British furniture brand Bisley has reimagined its signature locker-style steel cabinets with the Fern Peek series, transforming utilitarian storage into elegant display cases. These cabinets feature reeded glass panels in their doors that encourage curation while maintaining a translucent quality. The collection is available in various sizes, colors, and shapes to accommodate different spatial requirements and aesthetic preferences.
Belgian flooring specialist Modulyss introduced the Haelo carpet tiles, which feature a distinctive dappled print reminiscent of light filtering through moving water. The collection is available in two sub-styles named Lume and Ray, each interpreting the aquatic pattern in subtly different ways. Both variations come in multiple colorways and size formats to suit diverse interior design schemes.
Furniture brand Fogia has expanded its popular Bollo collection with a new dining chair version designed by Andreas Engesvik. This upright, compact iteration maintains the aesthetic DNA of the original Bollo lounge chair while emphasizing ergonomic considerations for extended dining and conversation periods. The design retains the signature slim metal frame and plump, draped cushions that made the original so successful.
Completing the showcase is the Cerene Skylight by Dutch office furniture brand Ahrend, an innovative lighting solution that recreates the appearance of a blue sky viewed through a skylight window. The fixture integrates into two of Ahrend's office pod designs and utilizes Signify's NatureConnect technology, which produces a glow closely resembling natural sunlight. According to studies conducted by the brand, this technology helps enhance worker wellbeing in office environments by providing more natural lighting conditions throughout the workday.
