The latest edition of the Photografix Reader Gallery showcases stunning photography submissions from contributors in November 2025, marking the 28th month of this popular community feature. This month's collection demonstrates that photographers are embracing all weather conditions to capture compelling images in their local areas.
The gallery reveals a notable shift in photography trends, as contributors appear to have moved away from vacation snapshots and are now focusing primarily on local destinations and nearby attractions. Weather conditions haven't deterred these dedicated photographers, who continue to venture out regardless of how rainy the conditions might be. Their persistence has paid off handsomely, as autumn continues to display its full spectrum of vibrant colors.
Bird photography features prominently in this month's selection, with numerous contributors capturing various species in their natural habitats. The diverse range of subjects and locations demonstrates the creativity and dedication of the photography community, even during challenging weather conditions.
The gallery presents selected images from 27 different photographers, including contributions from Hubert Zimmerer, Johannes Pottfay, Jens, Marcel Muttner, Jürgen Sprickler, Wolfgang Urnau, Thomas S., Silke, joe, Frank Linden, Nikolaj Reichard, Manfred Ruoß, Markus Waack, Jürgen Kopelke, Jörg, Georg Plefka, Manu Wilms, Daniel_S, Wolfram Wilms, Stefan Zimmermann, Thomas Nordsee, Markus Spier, Turmfalke, Stefan Ebling, Rolf Carl, Erwin Trippel, and Peter Braczko. Each photographer's first submitted image is featured on the main page, with additional photos, camera settings, and background information available on subsequent pages of the article.
The organizers have made a deliberate decision to disable the comment function for the reader gallery, following close consultation with community preferences. This change allows the images to speak for themselves without the distraction of comments, likes, or other rating systems. The decision reflects the community's desire to focus purely on the visual impact of the photography rather than social media-style interactions.
The November 2025 gallery continues the tradition of monthly photography showcases that have been running since the series began. Previous editions from recent months including October, September, August, July, June, and May 2025 remain available for viewing, creating an extensive archive of community-submitted photography that documents the changing seasons and evolving photographic interests of contributors throughout the year.
