On Monday, JYP Entertainment disclosed that Stray Kids made a significant impact on Billboard Japan's year-end charts. The K-pop group's first EP in Japan, titled "Social Path (feat. LiSA) / Super Bowl Japanese ver.," secured the No. 3 position on both the hot albums and top album sales charts, marking the highest ranking for a K-pop act. Additionally, the focus single "Case 143" from their seventh EP "Maxident" claimed the No. 83 spot on the Hot 100 chart, representing the best performance for a K-pop boy band.

In the United States, Stray Kids achieved notable success with their third full-length album, "5-Star," reaching No. 82 on the Billboard 200 chart. This accomplishment marked the highest record for a K-pop artist in the annual wrap-up published last month.

Separately, the eight-member group is set to conclude the year with a performance in Japan. They will participate in the "Red & White Year-End Song Festival" hosted by NHK on December 31.
