Expressing their anticipation, Sangyeon from the group, managed by IST Entertainment, stated, "We're excited and full of expectations coming back in about three months since the first part." The band members have dedicated extensive practice sessions to showcase a different aspect of their musical identity and are eager to gauge the response from their fanbase, as shared by Younghoon.

The thematic direction taken in "Sixth Sense" leans towards a "dark fantasy" concept, with the members adopting a persona of "bad boys," according to Q. Hyunjae likened the overall listening experience to watching a noir film.

The lead single, "Watch It," is teased by the group as having a surprise twist and presenting never-before-seen visuals. The Boyz encourages fans to prepare for an unexpected element in their latest musical offering.
