South Korean filmmaker Hong Sang-soo's latest work, "A Traveler's Needs," has been announced as one of the 19 full-length titles competing in the 74th Berlin International Film Festival. The prestigious event is scheduled to take place from February 15 to 25.

Hong, a recipient of four Silver Bear awards at the Berlin International Film Festival, has established himself as a notable figure in the industry. His filmography includes notable titles such as "On the Beach at Night Alone" in 2017 and "The Novelist's Film" in 2022, the latter earning him the Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize.
Starring French actress Isabelle Huppert, along with Korean actors Kwon Hae-hyo and Lee Hye-young, "A Traveler's Needs" marks the third collaboration between Hong and Huppert. Their previous works include "In Another Country" in 2012 and "Claire's Camera" in 2018.
The film's inclusion in the Berlin International Film Festival adds another chapter to Hong's successful career, showcasing his continued exploration of storytelling and collaboration with esteemed international talent.
