(G)I-dle Announces Third World Tour "iDOL" Starting in August

K-pop girl group (G)I-dle will begin their third world tour, titled "iDOL," in August, as announced by their agency Cube Entertainment on Tuesday. The tour will commence with two concerts in Seoul on August 3-4, followed by performances in 14 cities worldwide.

The announced cities include Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma (Washington), Oakland and Anaheim (California), Houston, Rosemont (Illinois), Belmont Park (New York), Taipei (Taiwan), Bangkok, Macau, Sydney, and Melbourne.

(G)I-dle, which debuted in 2018, has previously conducted two world tours: "Just Me ()I-DLE" in 2022 and "I am FREE-TY" in 2023. The first tour featured 21 performances in 18 cities, while the second tour included 24 performances across 18 cities.

In addition to their touring activities, (G)I-dle recently performed at the "Head In The Clouds New York 2024" music festival at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York. Earlier this month, their music video for "Nxde" surpassed 300 million views, making it their third video to reach this milestone, following "Tomboy" and "Queencard."
