Comprising six members—Minjae, Seita, Hee, TK, Rex, and Jo—the group's name, DXMON, is inspired by the Greek word "Daimon," reflecting the band's determination to shape and fulfill its destiny, as stated by NV Entertainment.

The debut album of DXMON is slated for release in January, marking the beginning of their journey in the music industry. The group is scheduled to make their inaugural appearance at the 2023 Genie Music Festival on Saturday
at Kintex in Goyang, Gyeonggi. The performance is themed around summer and festivals, intentionally contrasting with the current winter season to underscore the band's fervor for success.
NV Entertainment, the agency behind DXMON, is also known for managing the girl group woo!ah!.
