Jihyo, a member of K-pop girl group TWICE, and Olympic skeleton champion Yun Sung-bin have been embroiled in dating rumors following a report by a local media outlet on Monday.

The report suggested that the pair have been romantically involved for approximately a year, supposedly bonding over mutual interests in sports and often engaging in quiet dates at home.

Both Jihyo's agency, JYP Entertainment, and Yun's agency, All That Sports, have declined to confirm the alleged relationship when approached by the media. JYP Entertainment cited privacy reasons for refraining from comment, while All That Sports asserted that commenting on the private life of a retired athlete is challenging.

Jihyo, aged 27, debuted as the leader of TWICE in 2015 and released her solo album "Zone" in August 2023, which reached 14th on the Billboard 200 main albums chart.

Yun Sung-bin, 29, achieved fame as a former member of Korea's national skeleton team, winning the gold medal in the men's skeleton event at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang. Following his retirement in 2022, he has appeared on various television shows, including Netflix's "Physical: 100" in 2023.
