Disney+ has officially announced that the second season of its popular reality travel series "Are You Sure?!" featuring BTS members Jimin and Jungkook will premiere next month. The streaming platform made the announcement on Wednesday, confirming the return of the two K-pop superstars for another adventure-filled journey.
The upcoming season will follow the same format as the first, with Jimin and Jungkook embarking on a spontaneous travel adventure together. True to the show's minimalist travel concept, each member will bring only a small suitcase as they explore new destinations and create memorable experiences.
For the second season, the BTS duo will spend 12 days traveling across two distinct countries: Switzerland and Vietnam. The contrasting destinations promise to showcase diverse experiences, from Switzerland's scenic Alpine landscapes to Vietnam's rich cultural heritage. Throughout their journey, viewers can expect to see the pair enjoying local cuisine, taking in breathtaking scenery, and participating in various leisure activities that highlight each destination's unique offerings.
The second season of "Are You Sure?!" is scheduled to premiere on December 3rd with the release of its first two episodes. The complete season will consist of eight episodes total, with Disney+ planning to release two new episodes every Wednesday following the premiere. This release schedule will allow fans to follow Jimin and Jungkook's travels over the course of a month.
The announcement comes after both BTS members recently completed their mandatory military service in South Korea and were discharged in June, reuniting with fans at a stadium event in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. The return of "Are You Sure?!" marks another milestone in their post-military career activities and continues to showcase the global appeal of BTS members' individual projects.
