Riize, a fifth-generation K-pop sensation, has swiftly solidified its presence with the release of the mini-album "Get A Guitar," which garnered impressive sales of over one million copies in less than a week. The group's debut track, "Get A Guitar," not only topped Korean music charts but also secured a spot on Billboard's "25 Best K-pop Songs of 2023."

Billboard journalist Starr Bowenbank highlighted Riize's impact, stating, "Riize is less than 6 months old but made an impact in 2023 with a trio of singles. Of the three, ‘Get A Guitar’ highlights the group’s strength in the ever-changing landscape of K-pop and features the boys relishing the joy of music."

Furthermore, Grammy's acknowledgment extended to Riize's individual songs, with "Get A Guitar," "Memories," and "Siren" making it onto various year-end lists, including Grammy's "15 K-pop Songs That Took 2023 By Storm," NME's "The 25 best K-pop songs of 2023," and Nylon's "2023 K-pop Superlatives."

VCHA, under JYP Entertainment, is set to make its official debut on January 26 with the single album "Girls of the Year." Billboard recognized this debut as historic, marking the introduction of the first American girl group trained under the K-pop system. Comprising members from Korea, the US, and Canada, VCHA has piqued interest globally with its unique blend of talents and diverse backgrounds.

As these two K-pop groups ascend to international acclaim, their recognition as "Artists To Watch In 2024" further solidifies the genre's influence on the global music stage.
