A 77-year-old man was brutally attacked by a driver after leaving a No Kings protest at the Airport Rotary in Hyannis, leaving him fearing for his life during the violent encounter. Jeffrey Smith said he had just finished participating in the demonstration when the unprovoked assault occurred.
Smith reported that he was walking away from the protest site when a vehicle suddenly stopped near him. The driver then got out of the car and launched a physical attack on the elderly man, according to Smith's account of the incident.
