NewJeans introduced the Korean-language rendition of their debut single in Japan on Friday, marking a significant step in their musical journey.
Under the management of Ador, the fivesome released the Korean version of "Supernatural" alongside a "second installment" of the music video, which included intriguing new content hinting at supernatural phenomena and mutant creatures.
Previously, their single album achieved impressive rankings, securing the No. 4 spot on Oricon's weekly combined single chart for two consecutive weeks, following a three-day stint at the top of the daily single rankings. Despite its original Japanese rendition, the title track also made waves globally, reaching No. 14 and No. 25 on Billboard's Global excluding the US and Global 200 charts, respectively. Additionally, it entered Melon's Top 100, peaking at No. 8.
Fans can now enjoy the new Korean adaptation of "Supernatural" as NewJeans continues to expand their influence both domestically and internationally with their unique musical style.
