The Leeum Museum is showcasing works from 26 Millennial and Post-Millennial artists in the ‘Dream Screen’ exhibition, running until December 29, 2024.
Focusing on the theme of horror, the exhibition highlights the disconnect and anxiety felt in modern screen-mediated life.
Inspired by the Winchester House, the maze-like exhibition space visually represents feelings of isolation and disorientation.
The participating artists draw on their regional cultures and subcultures, with 23 of the 60 artworks being newly commissioned for this exhibition.
Visitors will experience how modern senses and fears have been transformed through screens, gaining new perspectives and emotions in an isolated world.
