Subodh Gupta, one of India’s leading contemporary artists based in New Delhi, is holding a solo exhibition in Korea for the first time in 10 years since his last show.
This solo exhibition, held at Arario Gallery, presents around 15 works under the themes of nature, spirituality, and healing.
Gupta has long used everyday objects like utensils, bicycles, and milk cans to comment on the dualities of modern society.
These ordinary household items are transformed by the artist into spiritual artworks that capture the sacredness and vitality of daily life.
Through this exhibition, viewers will experience the artist’s perspective on Indian culture and the complexities of modern life.
