Led by Professor Emeritus Lee Jong Hee from the Department of Music at Chungnam National University’s College of Arts, the performance will feature an impressive lineup of talented vocalists, clarinet and trumpet soloists, and the Neuru Concert Choir. Together, they will deliver an emotionally resonant program designed to capture the spirit of the uprising.
Jung Jin Yong, director of the 3·8 Democratic Uprising Memorial Hall, emphasized the cultural importance of the event, stating, “The 3·8 Democratic Uprising has transcended its origins as a local movement in Daejeon to become a cultural asset for our society.
