BTS's ballad "Spring Day," released on February 13, 2017, has secured an exceptional milestone by maintaining a consistent presence on Melon's Daily Top 100 chart for seven consecutive years. The ballad, which deviated from BTS's previous powerful hip-hop tracks, including "No More Dream" (2013), "Fire" (2016), and "Blood, Sweat and Tears" (2016), has amassed an impressive 969.3 million streams on Melon, standing as the most-streamed song on the platform, according to information provided by the band's agency, BigHit Music.

In a press release, BigHit Music acknowledged BTS's iconic status, noting that "Spring Day" marked a pivotal moment, transforming the band into an artist celebrated across generations. The release emphasized the band's aspiration to create a timeless song for the Korean audience, a goal now realized as "Spring Day" continues to resonate beyond its musical elements.

Notably, all members of BTS are presently fulfilling their military duties and are expected to complete their service obligations by June 2025.
