The design concept for Project Opal emphasizes a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living through wide openings and natural materials that evoke the Caribbean aesthetic. The interior features weathered wood, sun-kissed stone, and salt-softened linens, materials that present unique challenges when adapted to the maritime environment. According to Mulder Design, these carefully selected materials serve to blur the traditional boundaries between yacht and villa, successfully recreating the authentic spirit of the Caribbean within the constraints of a seagoing vessel.

Upon entering the main deck space, guests are welcomed by a striking bar crafted from rough stone and worked wood, establishing the Caribbean villa aesthetic from the moment of arrival.
