In a recent announcement by YG Entertainment on Thursday, rookie girl group Babymonster has secured the top position on the iTunes top songs chart in eight regions. The achievement comes on the heels of the release of their latest English-language single, "Stuck In The Middle," a pop ballad tune. The single was strategically unveiled ahead of the group's highly anticipated first EP, scheduled for release on April 1.

Babymonster, comprising six members, initially made their debut in November with the song "Batter Up." The debut track set a new record for a K-pop group by amassing 22.59 million views on YouTube for its music video. The video subsequently reached milestones of 50 million, 100 million, and 200 million views in just four, 18, and 53 days, respectively.

Despite a brief hiatus during the debut preparations, Ahyun, one of the original six members, will be featured in the upcoming album. Ahyun had temporarily stepped down due to health reasons but is set to rejoin the group for their forthcoming release.

Babymonster's rapid ascent in the music industry continues to garner attention, establishing them as a formidable force in the K-pop scene.
