K-pop girl group Nature announced its dissolution on Saturday, following controversy surrounding member Haru, 24, who was rumored to be working as a hostess at a "kyabacura" establishment in Japan.
The announcement came three days after a viral promotional video for a kyabacura featured a woman named Sakura Ruru, who claimed to have worked as a K-pop singer for six years since the age of 18. The video displayed a photo of Haru during a promotional event for Nature, leading some internet users to speculate that Ruru and Haru are the same person. The video also revealed Ruru's employment at the bar for three months, expressing a need to earn money to establish a dance studio.

The speculation prompted Haru to leave a message on her social media account on Friday, expressing gratitude to her supporters but refraining from addressing the controversy directly.
On the following day, Nature's agency, n.CH Entertainment, confirmed the group's disbandment on its official fan community page, citing a decision made after in-depth discussions between the company and the members.
The agency did not confirm Haru's alleged involvement in the adult entertainment industry, only stating that member Sohee would continue her partnership with n.CH Entertainment.
Nature debuted in 2018 with the album "Girls and Flowers," releasing several songs including "Girls" (2020) and their last album, "Nature World: Code W," in 2022.
