Situated atop a hillside and surrounded by native pine trees and Menorcan ullastres, the 59-square-meter house maximizes its privileged position overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The architects describe the project as essentially "a large terrace, an interior space completely connected to the views," emphasizing the seamless integration between indoor and outdoor environments.
The design features an unusual configuration with exterior connections and access walkways that enhance the building's relationship with its surroundings.
