Lee Soo-yeon, known for her work on tvN's "Stranger," chose lab-grown meat as the central theme to envision a future where animals aren't slaughtered for consumption and forests aren't depleted for food production.

Director Park Chul-hwan aimed for realism, integrating current technology trends into the series, set only 1 to 2 years ahead of present day.

Ju Ji-hoon highlighted the series' exploration of future food production methods, aiming to spark audience reflection.

Action sequences were meticulously crafted for authenticity over flashy visuals, with Ju Ji-hoon engaging in a notable solo fight scene against 17 opponents.

Han Hyo-joo, portraying the enigmatic CEO Yoon, aimed to imbue her character with mystery and complexity, challenging viewers' perceptions.

The series premieres with its first two episodes streaming on Disney+ this Wednesday.
