Breaking a K-pop record before their official debut, the group's official YouTube channel surpassed 2 million subscribers in just 129 days, setting a new industry standard.

The achievement is especially noteworthy as it was accomplished through preliminary contents such as personal introductions of the 7 prospective members, performance videos, live covers, and debut reality shows. The cumulative number of content views on Baby Monster and YG's official YouTube channels is approaching 400 million, further highlighting the group's potential success.

The diverse lineup of the group, including three Koreans (Ahyeon, Haram, Rora), two Thais (Pharita, Chiquita), and two Japanese (Luka, Asa), has drawn attention from fans around the world, with expectations for their debut set high. Baby Monster's rapid rise to fame and loyal fandom is a testament to the growing global interest in K-pop and the industry's ability to captivate audiences beyond Korea.

Leading foreign media outlets, such as Billboard, have already taken notice of Baby Monster's potential, naming them "K-Pop Artists to Watch" and predicting a new wave in the K-Pop genre. Additionally, world-renowned pop star Charlie Puth has already shown his support, commenting "I loved it" on Ahyeon's cover of 'Dangerously'.

YG Entertainment, known for managing some of the biggest names in K-pop such as BIGBANG, 2NE1, and BLACKPINK, has once again proved their ability to create buzz and generate excitement in the industry. With the final debut member set to be announced on the 12th, all eyes are on Baby Monster as they prepare to make their official debut and potentially cement their status as a "monster rookie" in the world of K-pop.
