A striking new residential project has emerged in Hanoi, Vietnam, demonstrating the evolving landscape of contemporary Vietnamese architecture. The HN08 House, designed by TNT architects and completed in 2024, represents a fresh approach to urban residential design in the bustling capital city.
The architectural firm TNT architects, led by Principal Architect Bùi Quang Tiến, collaborated with a diverse design team including Hoàng Phương Nam, Phạm Như Tâm, Trần Bá Quân, Lương Thị Hồng Nhung, Nguyễn Đức Hậu, Lê Hữu Phong, and Ngô Văn Nhật to bring this vision to life. The project showcases the firm's commitment to innovative residential architecture that responds to local needs and conditions.
The construction process involved multiple specialized partners, including Mr. Vinh, Mr. Thuận, Art Steel, Bac Terrazzo, Cama Wood, Thanh Tùng Decor, Croled, Kenli, Rita Võ, and Shoji Tech, demonstrating the collaborative nature of contemporary Vietnamese construction projects. Construction management was overseen by Hoàng Long and Phạm Như Tâm, ensuring quality control throughout the building process.
