Objectif FEMMES, the only Parisian festival dedicated to female photographers, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special exhibition featuring five accomplished women artists. The milestone edition will take place from November 12-23, 2025, at the Paris 9th District City Hall, showcasing the diversity and richness of contemporary female perspectives in photography.

The festival's organizing team has selected five photographers to be honored during this anniversary exhibition: Coco Amardeil, Laura Bonnefous, Camille Gourdan, Claire Luxton, and LiliRoze. These artists, coming from various backgrounds, are united by their shared aesthetic excellence and unique artistic voices. The exhibition, held under the high patronage of the Ministry of Culture, will be free and open to the public daily during city hall opening hours.

Over its decade-long existence, Objectif FEMMES has played a crucial role in advancing the careers of numerous female artists, helping them reach decisive milestones in their professional journeys. Several photographers discovered through the festival have experienced accelerated career growth, with some like Cécile Henryon and Lou Sarda now enjoying solo exhibitions and enhanced institutional recognition. This track record demonstrates the festival's significant impact in highlighting female talent and building a more equitable photography scene.

The 10th edition will be sponsored by acclaimed photographer Letizia Le Fur, who brings her distinctive and poetic vision to the role. Le Fur, winner of the 2019 HSBC Photography Prize, is renowned for her work exploring the sensitive relationship between humans and nature, operating at the boundary between reality and imagination. Her involvement embodies the excellence and inspiration the festival team aims to transmit to new generations of artists. Beyond writing the editorial for the anniversary catalog, she will contribute her expertise as a member of the 2025 jury.

Since its founding, Objectif FEMMES has maintained its mission to emerge, support, and promote female talent in the photography world. Led by founder Karine Paoli's vision and commitment, the project continues to work toward artistic parity and recognition of women's contributions to visual arts. Paoli, a visual artist and photographer who also founded the PARISARTISTES Biennial, created the festival in 2015 to address the persistent underrepresentation of women in visual arts.

The festival has established itself as an essential event in the photography scene, supported by the Paris 9th District City Hall. Through demanding and sensitive exhibitions, Objectif FEMMES celebrates the richness, diversity, and power of female perspectives in contemporary photography. Over nearly ten years, the festival has showcased more than 50 female photographers, providing them with valuable visibility to meet audiences, collectors, and industry professionals.

The 10th edition exhibition will be held at the Paris 9th District City Hall, located at 6 Rue Drouot, 75009 Paris. The event offers free admission to all visitors and runs daily during regular city hall hours. Additional information is available at www.objectif-femmes.art.
