The Little Black Gallery and Alon Zakaim Fine Art are presenting "I Want You To Remember This Forever," marking the first British exhibition of renowned photographer Cig Harvey. The groundbreaking show opens on October 17, 2025, and represents a unique exploration of luminosity that pairs Harvey's sensual photographic art with iconic paintings and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries.

The exhibition features an extraordinary dialogue between Harvey's contemporary photography and masterworks by some of history's most celebrated artists, including Marc Chagall, Le Corbusier, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and Chaïm Soutine. This innovative curatorial approach creates a conversation across centuries, connecting Harvey's modern vision with the timeless techniques and emotional depth of these master painters.

The exhibition has been curated by Brandei Estes, former head of photography at Sotheby's, who brings extensive expertise in both contemporary and historical art to this ambitious project. Estes expressed her enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating: "Cig Harvey's photographs capture fleeting beauty with the emotional intensity of painting. I am therefore delighted to have organized Harvey's first exhibition in London with some of the greatest painters in art history."

Estes further elaborated on Harvey's artistic approach, drawing compelling parallels to the Impressionist movement. "Like the Impressionists, she chases after light, transforming ordinary moments into timeless ones," Estes explained. "Her images echo the grace of Degas and the clarity of Cézanne, inviting us not only to look, but also to remember."

The exhibition "Cig Harvey: I Want You To Remember This Forever" will run through November 21, 2025, at Alon Zakaim Fine Art, located at 27 Cork Street, London W1S 3NG. Visitors can find more information about the exhibition at www.alonzakaim.com and www.thelittleblackgallery.com.
