The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong (KCCHK) is organizing a special Korean traditional dessert workshop to celebrate Chuseok, Korea's Mid-Autumn Festival. The hands-on culinary event will take place on Saturday, October 25th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering participants an authentic taste of Korean holiday traditions through food preparation.

The workshop will focus on creating two iconic Korean treats associated with Chuseok celebrations: Songpyeon, the traditional half-moon-shaped rice cakes that are a staple of the holiday, and Sujeonggwa, a refreshing cinnamon punch that's beloved throughout Korea. These desserts hold deep cultural significance during the Mid-Autumn Festival, representing family unity and the harvest season's abundance.

The event will be held at the K-Food Classroom located on the 6th floor of the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong. Professional instruction will be provided by PARK Hye Min, also known as Amy, who will guide participants through the traditional preparation methods and share the cultural stories behind these time-honored recipes.

Due to limited classroom space, only 16 participants will be selected through a random drawing process.
