New Ways Company, a newly established agency founded by CEO Park Kwang-won in 2023, announced that former DGNA members Jay, Karam, and Injun will debut once again as part of a new boy band scheduled for an early 2024 launch.

CEO Park Kwang-won, previously the vice president of agency Interpark Music Plus, played a key role in overseeing the debuts of girl group Laboum and boy band Trendz.
The news release from New Ways Company confirmed that Karam, Injun, and Jay will be joined by new members in the upcoming boy band. The trio, previously part of DGNA, last appeared together on JTBC's survival audition show "Peak Time" earlier this year, performing as Team 23:00.
DGNA, in which Karam, Injun, and Jay debuted in 2010, has been inactive since 2017. The trio's return to the music scene under New Ways Company signals a fresh start for the artists and anticipates a new chapter in their musical careers.
