Legendary Swiss extreme metal band Celtic Frost has announced the launch of an exclusive fine art and jewelry collection inspired by their groundbreaking 1984 EP "Morbid Tales." The collection, curated and officially approved by founding member Tom G. Warrior, will be released through Down With The Most High Productions, with pre-orders now available to fans and collectors worldwide.
The release schedule for the collection is divided into two phases. Standard, non-bespoke items will begin shipping on December 10th, while made-to-order pieces, including the premium bronze sculptures, are scheduled for delivery on January 10th, 2026. This staggered release allows the company to maintain quality control for the more intricate handcrafted pieces.
The collection features nine distinct items that range from high-end art pieces to premium accessories, all manufactured in Spain and throughout the European Union. The crown jewel of the collection is a hand-cast bronze sculpture retailing for approximately $1,823, specifically designed as a luxury collector's item for serious fans and art enthusiasts. This centerpiece represents the highest tier of the collection's offerings.
Additional premium items include meticulously crafted silver jewelry pieces, featuring both a ring and pendant, along with a heavy-duty belt buckle. All of these items showcase detailed metalwork and are produced on a made-to-order basis to ensure exclusivity and quality. The attention to detail in these pieces reflects the dark aesthetic that made "Morbid Tales" such an influential release in extreme metal history.
The collection also includes more accessible items for fans at various price points. These include a specially designed T-shirt that combines both flat and 3D printing techniques, an embroidered back patch made from synthetic leather, a banner, sticker, and button badge. This range ensures that fans with different budgets can participate in celebrating the band's legacy.
The project has been in development for several years, with the goal of translating the bleak and powerful visual legacy of "Morbid Tales" into high-quality, investment-grade artifacts. The collection aims to honor the aesthetic impact that the 1984 EP had on the extreme metal genre and visual culture more broadly.
To showcase the collection, several preview events have been scheduled across Europe. The first will take place in London on December 7th at Helgi's, followed by an event in Madrid on December 13th at The Rock Temple. Additionally, the collection will be featured at the Winds of Agony Festival in Barcelona on April 17-18, 2026, with additional showcase events being planned for other locations.
