K-pop rock band DAY6 hosted the "Welcome to the Show" concert at the Jamsil Indoor Arena in southern Seoul over the weekend, entertaining a total of 33,000 fans across three concerts.
The concert featured a circular stage positioned at the center of the venue, allowing each band member to showcase their vocal abilities equally. This unconventional setup diverges from traditional rock band configurations where a single vocalist typically takes the forefront.

By placing the stage in the middle of the arena, DAY6 ensured visibility from every seat, effectively increasing audience capacity. While the venue usually accommodates up to 8,000 attendees, the central stage layout enabled the band to welcome over 11,000 fans per concert.
During the three-hour show, the stage rotated periodically, ensuring that fans from various vantage points could enjoy performances from all band members.

DAY6 opened the concert with their lead track "Welcome to the Show" from their latest album, "Fourever," released on March 18. They performed additional tracks from the EP, including “Happy,” “The Power of Love,” and “Get The Hell Out,” as well as hits from their discography such as “You Were Beautiful” (2017), “Sweet Chaos” (2019), “Man in a movie” (2017), and “Time of Our Life” (2019).
Despite being a K-pop "idol" band with a rock theme, DAY6 has gained recognition for their portrayal of diverse emotions encountered by young people. The band has also experienced success with yeokjuhaeng, where their songs climb back up the music charts years after release. Notably, "You Were Beautiful" surged in 2020, three years after its 2017 debut, and "Time of Our Life" experienced a similar resurgence in January 2024, five years post-release.

"Fourever" marks DAY6's first album in three years since their seventh EP, "The Book of Us: Negentropy — Chaos swallowed up in love," released in April 2021. The band's previous Christmas concert in December 2023 was their first in four years, following a performance hiatus since December 2019.
DAY6, under JYP Entertainment, debuted in 2015 as the agency's first rock band. The group consists of four members, all vocalists and instrumentalists: guitarist Sungjin, bassist and guitarist Young K, keyboardist Wonpil, and drummer Dowoon. They are renowned for hit songs like “Congratulations” (2015), “You Were Beautiful” (2017), “Time of Our Life” (2019), and “Zombie” (2020).
