Munich Pinakothek der Moderne, located in Munich, Germany, fired an employee who displayed his work.

The employee worked in the museum's technical services department and secretly hung his work together, helping to install works at an exhibition of modern and contemporary artworks in February.

The incident was discovered a few hours after the exhibition began and was demolished shortly after 6 p.m. when the museum closed.

At the same time as firing the employee, the museum sued the employee for damaging the museum's property while drilling a hole in the wall to hang the work.
