A groundbreaking architectural development called "Infinity Village" has been completed in Vietnam's emerging tech corridor, showcasing innovative design principles that blend modern office spaces with sustainable urban planning. Located 40 kilometers from downtown Hanoi in the Hoa Lac High-Tech development zone, often referred to as North Vietnam's Silicon Valley, this ambitious project represents a new approach to tech campus design.
The project was designed and executed by G8A Architecture & Urban Planning, with lead architects Manuel Der Hagopian and Grégoire DuPasquier at the helm. The comprehensive design team included Phan The Ngoc, Laurence Savy, Pham Quoc Huy, Nguyen Dang Huynh, and Nguyen Duy Thanh, reflecting the international collaboration that defined this venture. The project spans an impressive 9,999 square meters and was completed in 2025.
Infinity Village is strategically positioned within a larger masterplan that envisions the area as a series of interconnected "villages" distributed around a central park. This concept promotes both community interaction and environmental sustainability while maintaining the functionality required for high-tech operations. The development has been in progress since 2007, with G8A completing three distinct projects within the complex: High Tech Landscape, Concrete Lace, and The Gardens.
The architectural firm has approached Infinity Village as an evolving organism, with each project building upon previous developments in what they describe as "an ongoing conceptual development." This organic growth philosophy allows the complex to adapt and expand based on the changing needs of the tech industry while maintaining architectural coherence throughout the site.
