FT Island is set to embark on an extensive tour across Asia, according to an announcement made by FNC Entertainment on Friday.
Titled “Pulse in Asia,” the tour will commence in Manila, Philippines on September 14. The band will then perform in Hong Kong on September 28, Kaohsiung, Taiwan on October 26, and conclude in Macao on November 10.
The tour’s name reflects FT Island’s intention to deliver high-energy performances that evoke the rhythm and intensity of a heartbeat. The band’s recent Seoul concert, also named “Pulse,” held in June, garnered an enthusiastic reception, particularly with the preview of tracks from their latest album, "Serious," which was released in July.
In recent months, members Lee Hong-gi and Lee Jae-jin have been active in musical theater, while Choi Min-hwan successfully held his solo drum concert, “Dreamer.”
Following their Asia tour, FT Island will participate in FNC Entertainment’s group concerts, “FNC Kingdom – Sing Sing Sing,” scheduled for December 14 and 15 in Japan.
