The action comedy film "The Roundup: No Way Out" clinched the Focus Asia People's Choice Award at the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, held from October 5 to 15 in Catalonia, Spain. Notably, the franchise movie secured this accolade for the second year in a row, as it had also claimed the award at the festival's previous edition.

Director Lee Sang-yong, while receiving the award, expressed his gratitude to the Spanish audiences who enjoyed "The Roundup: No Way Out" and extended appreciation to the festival's organizers for their continued invitation. He also voiced his aspiration to craft equally captivating sequels for potential future screenings at the festival.
The third installment of "The Roundup" franchise, released in May, continues to follow the journey of the resolute police officer Ma Seok-do, played by Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee). Together with his team, Ma Seok-do tackles an illicit drug ring while unveiling deep-seated corruption within law enforcement.
