Enhypen and Top K-pop Acts to Grace the Stage at the 2023 K Global Heart Dream Awards

Enhypen, the popular boy band, will join a lineup of the nation's most prominent singers and bands at the highly anticipated 2023 K Global Heart Dream Awards next month, according to organizers on Monday. The event, held annually by mobile fan community platform Choeaedol and local entertainment outlet TV Daily, will take place on August 10 at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena, also known as KSPO Dome, situated in Seoul's Olympic Park.

In addition to Enhypen, the roster of performers will feature exciting talents such as rookie band Boynextdoor and co-ed quartet Kard. Solo singers Kim Jae-hwan, Paul Kim, and Lee Seung-yoon are also set to captivate the audience with their soulful voices, as announced by the organizing committee.

The 2023 Heart Dream Awards aims to support Busan's bid to host the World Expo in 2023, adding a meaningful context to this year's edition. With an already star-studded lineup, including popular K-pop acts Stray Kids, Itzy, Ateez, and The Boyz, the festival promises an unforgettable night of music and entertainment. Notably, NCT's Taeyong and Red Velvet's Seulgi will showcase their individual artistry alongside boy band Treasure's newly launched subunit T5.

The event also serves as a platform for up-and-coming bands to shine, with talented groups such as fromis_9, Secret Number, Epex, ATBO, and Xikers set to make their mark. Additionally, fresh-faced rookies Zerobaseone, ChoCo 1&2, and Hi-Fi Unicorn will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to a wider audience. Esteemed artists including veteran singer-songwriter Younha, producer-rapper Zico, and American K-pop singer AleXa are slated to grace the stage, contributing to the diverse lineup of performers.

The night will be hosted by popular TV personality Jun Hyun-moo and comedian Jang Do-yeon, adding their own brand of charm and wit to the proceedings. As excitement builds for the awards, fans have the opportunity to participate in the public vote for the popularity awards. Through the Choeaedol mobile application, fans can vote for their favorite artists in categories including solo artist, male group, female group, fourth-generation hot icon male group, and fourth-generation hot icon female group. Winners will be determined solely based on public votes, with voting open until August 6.
