Jin of BTS has made a groundbreaking debut on both of the UK’s main Official Charts with his solo work, signaling his rising influence as a solo artist.

According to the Official Charts released on May 23 (local time), Jin’s second mini album Echo entered the Official Albums Chart Top 100 at No. 63, marking his first appearance on the chart as a soloist. The album also achieved impressive placements on other charts, including No. 3 on the Albums Download Chart, No. 8 on the Album Sales Chart, and No. 15 on the Physical Albums Chart, highlighting Jin’s strong global fanbase and commercial appeal.

The title track “Don’t Say You Love Me” also saw notable success, debuting at No. 58 on the Official Singles Chart Top 100. The single topped three sub-charts: Single Downloads, Single Sales, and Physical Singles. These achievements on the UK Official Charts, one of the two most influential music charts in the world alongside the U.S. Billboard Charts, mark a major milestone in Jin’s solo career.

It also soared to No. 2 on the Daily Top Songs Global chart as of May 22. The mini album Echo placed at No. 11 on the Weekly Top Albums Global chart, indicating strong streaming performance across multiple tracks.

Other BTS members continue to chart on Spotify’s global rankings. Jimin’s solo album MUSE title track “Who” ranked No. 18 on the Weekly Top Songs Global, while Jungkook’s single “Seven (feat. Latto)” placed at No. 95, and V’s “Winter Ahead (with PARK HYO SHIN)” landed at No. 143. On the Weekly Top Albums Global chart, Jimin’s MUSE ranked No. 52, BTS’s anthology album Proof came in at No. 59, and Jungkook’s debut solo album GOLDEN charted at No. 75.
